WHY YOU SHOULD BE VISITING MUSEUMS

When I was touring with ArtFund_ around the 5 museum of the year finalists it occurred to me that there weren't a lot of young people there. Museums and galleries are such inclusive and inspiring places that teach us about our past as well as to think differently through the abstract and the surreal. I hope more younger people make use of these spaces and that the number of people that attend museums only rises in the future to ensure that these places remain open.

If you're a student you can get an Art-Pass from ArtFund_ for only £5 that lets you visit hundreds of UK museums. If you are not a student there is also a standard art pass available that does the same thing but is priced differently. For more information go here:
