Quick Way to Clean a Hair Dryer

You can easily clean a hair dryer or blow dryer by simply twisting the filter screen off and rinsing it under water. Most hair dryers have this feature if you see a split between the plastic. Additionally, make sure to never twist the wire once a day so you wont end up with a twisted wire glob.

Needless to say, I found it on the bottom shelf, the shelf that makes the lowest margins which means biggest bang for your buck.

For some extra cleaning, you can vacuum the inside screen as well. This will allow the hairdryer to breathe more easily and reduce the internal heating coil temperature, prolonging the life of your hair drying.

I've always used this method and my hair dryers lasts 10+ years! .
