Taken directly from the Xbox One capture functionality. Video showing how the Thoos' Barrier sorcery can be used to deflect the Elden Stars' attack from the Elden Beast. Done in NG15+, at lvl. 374, with Thops'Barrier and Lusat's Glintstone Staff +10.

I'm not sure if it's an intended use of the spell, since the Elden Stars get moved under the map. Regardless of this, it might be possible to do a no-hit Elden Beast after all, since it is not possible for me to defeat the boss before it casts the Elden Stars. I was successful in dodging the attack by taking a minimum of a couple of hits, but that would nullify the attempt. Still need to figure out if this approaches really works though, since using the sorcery is tricky due to the barrier not having a deep range. I defeated the Elden Beast at this point in this playthrough, so I'll verify this next time.
