My motivation for FFIX recently returned (as seen in the last two videos I've uploaded), so I took the opportunity to improve the time I set three years ago. This time, Ozma didn’t even damage anyone on the team (Zombie status ftw!). I don’t think it can be improved much more, as there’s too much RNG involved.

✶ Equipment
• Zidane: Ultima Weapon, Green Beret, Power Wrist, Power Vest, Power Belt.
• Steiner: Excalibur, Mythril Helm, Venetia Shield, Grand Armor, Power Belt.
• Amarant: Kaiser Knuckles, Green Beret, Power Wrist, Power Vest, Black Belt.
• Freya: Holy Lance, Mythril Helm, Venetia Shield, Rubber Suit, Barette.

✶ Abilities
• Zidane: Auto-Haste, Auto-Regen, Accuracy+, MP Attack, Bird Killer.
• Steiner: Auto-Haste, Auto-Regen, Accuracy+, MP Attack, Bird Killer.
• Amarant: Auto-Haste, Auto-Regen, Accuracy+, MP Attack, Bird Killer.
• Freya: Auto-Haste, Auto-Regen, Accuracy+, MP Attack, Bird Killer.

✶ Physical Damage Modifiers
• Zidane: MP Attack (1.5x damage), Bird Killer (1.5x damage).
• Steiner: MP Attack (1.5x damage), Bird Killer (1.5x damage), Holy Elem-Atk weapon (1.5x damage), Holy Elem-Atk raising helm (1.5x damage).
• Amarant: MP Attack (1.5x damage), Bird Killer (1.5x damage), Wind Elem-Atk weapon (1.5x damage), Wind Elem-Atk belt (1.5x damage).
• Freya: MP Attack (1.5x damage), Bird Killer (1.5x damage), Holy Elem-Atk weapon (1.5x damage), Holy Elem-Atk raising helm (1.5x damage).

✴ How does Ozma's ATB works?
Ozma always starts the battle with 1599/1600 ATB. So unless you're also one frame away from full and hit "Attack" frame perfectly, Ozma will act first.
Its ATB doesn't refill like everybody else. When its move is over, it immediately queues the next one, so it's kinda always full.
If you don't input any command, when Ozma's turn is over, its ATB goes back to 1599 and 1 frame after is full again. However if you do an attack it stays at 1600.

✴ When does Ozma counter?
‣ If below 40000 HP, counters anything other than Attack & Item with Berserk (once per fight).
‣ If below 30000 HP, counters anything other than Attack & Item with Berserk (once per fight).
‣ Has a chance to counter anything with Curaga (whether it is an attack that deals damage or not).
• 55,535-50,000 HP ➼ 1/7
• 49,999-40,000 HP ➼ 1/6
• 39,999-30,000 HP ➼ 1/5
• 29,999-20,000 HP ➼ 1/4
• 19,999-10,000 HP ➼ 1/3
• 9,999-1 HP ➼ 1/2

Ozma was defeated in 30 seconds, counting from the appearance of the ATB gauge to when the final blow has been dealt.
