Our journey to off-grid living starts with exploring the different kinds of alternative energy sources.
One of these alternative energy sources is wind.
In season 1 we will try to learn a bit more about harvesting the wind, so we can use it to run a generator or water pump for example.

In order to understand the wind a bit better, we created a small wind tunnel, so we can visually see what the air does when flowing over a certain object (turbine blades for example).

As a non-engineer, I have plenty to learn, so feel free to leave a comment :)
