Ooey gooey Chocolate Chip Cookies

In this video I get inspiration from ‪@aragusea‬ to create a vegan version of his delightful cookies. Instead of butter I used a mix of vegan margarine and coconut oil. Furthermore, instead of egg I used aquafaba (the juice from a can of chickpeas).
