Top 10 Worst Pokemon Prime

Today we’re going to be looking at the Pokemon Prime. The Pokemon Prime from HeartGold and SoulSilver sets are one of the strangest set gimmicks ever printed because they have no special rules. Their whole gimmick was that they were stronger than other Pokemon. Even though this is a worst of list, many of the Pokemon on here still saw some niche play just because they were designed to be powerful.
