This video is intended to provide a primer on Canadian privacy law for non-Canadian lawyers. Much of my practice is working with non-Canadian lawyers and their clients, addressing compliance with the laws we have here. Laws can vary significantly from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, so hopefully this will help get lawyers up to speed on the situation in Canada.
