Since 2009, BigHouse has hosted a Swimsuit and Towel Drive to collect new swimsuits and new towels for children in foster care. The organization has each towel embroidered with the child's name to make the gift extra special and uniquely their own. In 2011, the Swimsuit and Towel Drive went statewide. BigHouse relies heavily on the community to donate swimsuits, towels, and embroidery for this drive. This drive runs through the end of April each year and allows community members to provide children in foster care with a summer necessity and a personalized gift.
