This stunning Factory Five Racing Hot Rod Custom has been nick named “Bloodshot” and is titled as a 1933 Ford Roadster Custom Coupe. It was built by High-Tech Fabrication located in Middletown, RI for the last owner and has 1,942 miles since completion. The vision of this build was to create the ultimate looking and performing Hot Rod with modern equipment. The mission was accomplished with a combination of experience and an open checkbook. The composite body is straight with very nice panel fitment throughout. The matching fenders were sourced from LK Motorsports. It was painted in Hot Hues Boyd Red which dresses it perfectly. The show quality paint was recently detailed and looks wet. It was outfitted with all new tinted glass including the removable hard top. Some of the exterior features include electric door poppers, dual chrome wipers, dual mirrors, chrome headlight buckets, LED headlights, stainless front grill, Sirius XM antenna, custom rear LED taillights and articulating rear license plate that operates when the vehicle is started. It has a super stance on Billet Specialties Vintec Series 17” and 18” polished wheels with spinners. The wheels are wrapped with new Toyo Proxes Sport tires that are 235-40-17 on the front and 295-35-18 on the rear. The surprising spacious interior was designed to be luxurious and sporty. It’s equipped with roll bar strength. The roof, dash, console and doors were painted red. The tan headliner and carpeting matches nicely. The bench seat, door panels, Grant GT steering wheel wrap and custom shifter boot was upholstered in Italian brown leather by The Eddie Barrett Seat Company. The Crotch Mahogany Venner on dash and doors was completed by Hinkley Yachts. The fabricated console has a forward-looking camera monitor for parking and an IPOD dock. Some of the interior features include the rear view mirror with built in dome light, polished door sills, Autometer gauges, chrome Ididit tilt steering column, Vintage Air Conditioning controls, Alpine DAx3055 stereo, power locks, power windows, seat belts, custom pedals and emergency brake handle. The backside of the trunk lid was painted and has a custom prop. The trunk compartment was boxed and covered with matching carpeting. The fuel filler is located in the trunk and the fuel tank has a removable access panel. The engine compartment is highly detailed throughout. The backside of the hood was painted and has a custom prop. The firewall and portion around the radiator has a machined finish. The chassis and front suspension is visible. It’s powered by a high performance 306/400hp V8 crate engine that was built by The Engine Factory. Some of the engine parts include an Eagle steel crankshaft and connecting rods, Federal Mogul pistons with 9.5 to 1 compression, Speed Pro Chrome Moly rings, 3 piece steel double roller timing chain, Edelbrock roller camshaft, Melling oil pump, aluminum heads with bronze guides, stainless valves, Com Cams Magnum roller rockers, chrome Moly push rods, chrome oil pan and high flow water pump. The engine was dressed with a March Performance billet pulley system with 100 amp chrome 1 wire alternator, Sandon AC compressor brackets, Edelbrock intake, Quick Fuel “Brawler” 600 cfm carburetor, Ford Racing black valve covers and air cleaner. The engine is cooled by an aluminum radiator with electric fan. The engine breathes through ceramic shorty headers and stainless dual exhaust system with chrome tips that exit the center of the rear. The engine is coupled to a Tremec TKO 600 5-speed manual transmission with Zoom clutch. The power is transferred through the Moser engineering 8.8” Traction-Lok rear end with simulated quick-change cover and 3.73 gears. The undercarriage is also highly detailed throughout. The entire custom chassis was powder coated black. It’s equipped with electric power-assist steering. The front suspension system consists of chrome control arms and Koni inboard coilover shocks. Towing anchors were welded onto the front lower control arms for shipping. The three-link rear suspension also has Koni shocks. The braking is handled by Wilwood four wheel disc brakes with 6-piston red front calipers, 4-piston red rear calipers, drilled and slotted rotors. There are two battery charging posts located in the rear. This vehicle has been completely serviced and detailed that’s documented with an invoice that’s included.
