Ingredients:
White sesame seed-100g, ½ cup 3.5 oz
Olive oil or Vegetable oil -60ml, ¼ cup, 2 oz
Pistachio – 150 g, 1 cup, 5.3 oz
White chocolate- 100g, 2/3 cup, 3.5 oz
Milk- 100ml, 1/3 cup, 3.4 oz
Milk- as needed for blend
Pastry -250 gm
Butter -50g, 0.2 cup, 1.8 oz
Dark chocolate- 300g, 2 cup, 10.5 oz
White chocolate- for decoration

Methods:-
1-Toast white sesame seeds (medium heat) until lightly golden.
2-Blend into powder, add vegetable oil, blend until smooth and silky.
3-Boil pistachios 4–5 minutes, drain, cool.
4-Blend pistachios with melted chocolate to a creamy, shiny sauce.
5-Sauté pastry in butter over medium heat until golden and crispy.
6- Melt ⅔ chopped chocolate.
7-Remove from heat, add remaining ⅓ (seeding method). for more details please watch full video.
8-Pour tempered dark chocolate to coat mould, refrigerate 30 min.
9-Fill mould with stuffing( pastry ), top with more chocolate.
10-Chill again for 30 min.

Tips:
-Add a pinch of salt to the tahini or pistachio sauce – It balances the sweetness and enhances the nutty flavor beautifully.
-Chill your mould before adding chocolate – Helps the first layer set faster and creates a neater finish.
