How to remove the air intake manifold on a Mercedes w203 - in line 4 , can be necessary for a variety of reasons : Replacing the gasket on the intake manifold , Checking for air leaks , Phisical inspect of the intake valves , Removing the starter or get better acces to the power steering pump . This job might look diffcult but it's not that bad once you have the right tools and extensions and you follow the removal / instalation step by step ! ; Replacement of the air intake manifold is rarely needed

On this car , I had a code p0113 for the IAT sensor so I decided to remove the hole intake and double check all the air intake sistem for leaks , vacum leaks , cracks and replace the gasket on the manifold .
