A pickleball lesson and drilling with PRO player Athena Trouillot

Pickleball PRO Athena Trouillot works me through some drills and skinny singles at the Peak Performance Pickleball Academy in Bonita Springs Florida. Working on forehand and backhand dinks, third shot drops and playing out points, then wrapping things up with some skinny singles.

Wish I could get this type of drilling/training in more frequently, just so few opportunities to do so up in the Northeast. Also, holy hell it was hot, not used to that humidity and heat, hopefully I can get used to it when playing in the US Open come April. Wish I could have had a lapel microphone on Athena, but alas, I don't have one currently... maybe someday.
