Step 1
Go to your messages app

Step 2
From there open up a message thread . You can also start a new one if you prefer

Create the message you would like to send

Click the top right menu

Step 5
Scroll down and click schedule message, Next you will choose the time you want your message to be sent. Click OK , and then done

Step 6
Press send

When you are finished the message is grayed out with a time stamp letting you know when your scheduled message will be sent

Step 7 ALL DONE !!
At the time you scheduled your message it will be sent and the gray shade will disappear.
