Ingredients & Process:
1 Cup Flour
1 Tbsp Ghee
A Pinch Of Salt
Mix Well
1/3 Cup Water
Make Dough
Keep Aside For 10 Min.
Divide The Dough In Small Portions
Roll In Oval Shape
Fry In Medium Heated Oil
Fry Until Golden Brown Color
Keep Aside
½ Cup Sugar
¼ Cup Water
½ Tsp Cardamom Powder
Let It Boil
Boil For 4-5 Min.
Remove From The Heat
Add Fried Sweets
Coat Well With Sugar
