Ingredients:

Meatballs

2 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 cup plain panko
1/2 cup finely diced onion
1/2 cup finely diced mushrooms
2 large eggs
1/4 cup parsley
1/2 TBSP garlic powder
salt and pepper

Marinara

33.5 ounce Tomato sauce
2 14.5 ounce cans of fire roasted or petite diced tomatoes
1 12 ounce bottle of tomato juice
4 cloves of garlic, minced
8 ounces of mushrooms, sliced optional
1 large onion, diced
4 ribs of celery diced
1/2 a green pepper finely diced
Italian seasoning to taste
salt and pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste optional
onion powder to taste optional
