South Koreans continue protesting to impeach President Yoon

Thousands of demonstrators in Seoul braved the cold again on Dec 9 to demand South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol be impeached, saying it was not enough to just apologise for trying to impose martial law last week.

South Korea’s main opposition party said on Dec 10 it would pass a government budget Bill for 2025 that it hopes will help to "resolve the current uneasiness and crisis".
