✨Ingredients

•650 g Chicken Breast
(cut into small ½ cm cubes)
•2tbsp butter or Oil
•1 Onion medium
•Garlic 3–4 cloves minced or paste
•1tsp Paprika powder
•1/2 tsp chili powder
•1tsp Salt (adjust to taste)
•1tsp Black pepper powder
•1tsp Oregano
•1tsp ground Cumin
•1tsp Chili flakes
•1/2tsp Garam Masala
•2 small green Capsicums (finely diced)
•1 1/2tbsp Plain Flour
•160ml (1/2cup) whole Milk
•150g Sweet Corn
•60g Cream Cheese
•100g Mozzarella cheese shredded
(optional, for extra cheesiness)
•150g (1½ cups) Panko (Breadcrumbs)
•4 Eggs
•60g (4tbsp) Milk
•White sandwich bread slices (crusts removed)
•Slurry
