Hi my loves! Today I am teaching you another contemporary dance routine that is suitable for beginner dancers, intermediate dancers, and even advanced dancers. These basic contemporary moves feel soooo good and ooey-gooey, perfect for getting your body moving. We have some contemporary floor work mixed in, some dance flexibility tricks, and more. I love walking you through a contemporary class because it gives me a chance to work on my contemporary dance choreography and play with beautiful songs. Speaking of songs...
