Team Fortress 2 on Ultra Graphics | Performance on 5800X3D | 40 minutes of bad casual gameplay

Random casual gameplay of Team Fortress 2 on mastercomfig's "ultra" preset, which enables all of TF2's visual features. Tested on a Ryzen 7 5800X3D with DDR4-3600 RAM and an RTX 3070 Ti, running on Windows 11 (ReviOS 11).
The lowest FPS I spotted was about 110 FPS. The game still stutters a little from time to time. I could have added 1% and 0,1% low FPS to the overlay, but this is an idea I came up with mid-upload.
