What Happens After Surgery?

The physio team visits you the same day of your operation

Within hours, patients are encouraged to stand or walk under supervision

By Day 1, you’ll already be doing basic knee movements

🔹 Basic Physiotherapy

– Restoring knee range of motion (RoM)
– Strengthening muscles
– Cold packs for pain & swelling control

🔹 Advanced Physiotherapy

– Climbing stairs safely
– Improving walking pattern
– Sitting cross-legged
