HOW SALTMARSH AND MUDFLATS HELP BIRDS IN WINTER

Описание к видео HOW SALTMARSH AND MUDFLATS HELP BIRDS IN WINTER

RSPB Scotland's Nigg Bay nature reserve provides an essential winter home for waders and wildfowl. Birds like Knot, Black Tailed Godwit and Shelduck all use the mudflats to feed and the salt marsh as a safe place to roost. Protecting and enhancing these sites helps support global populations of threatened birds. In this video Warden Steph Elliott shows us a little of what the reserve has to offer on a stunning winter's day.
