Is the Dumb Sniper ACTUALLY Good Now?

Bloons TD 6 NEW UPDATE 22.0 - it's going to take me some time to adjust, but this tower isn't a joke anymore. I will forever miss the days that we all clowned on this tower and still made it barely work in challenges. What's the new dumb sniper now?
