"This episode was an amazing one because the contestants performed very well. First, Anagha performed an Ilaiyaraaja hit. She sang the song “Ananda Ragam…” from the movie Panneer Pushpangal, which was originally sung by Uma Ramanan. Anagha sang the song very beautifully. In this episode, we could see a new side of Anagha in her performance.

Then Thejus performed in the Soulful Classic round. He sang the song “Nakshtra Deepangal…” from the movie Nirakudam, which was originally sung by K. J. Yesudas and composed by Jaya Vijayan. Thejus rendered the song beautifully, earning a standing ovation from all three judges. Sharath Sir also opened the money box for Thejus.

Finally, Arjun performed in the Ilaiyaraaja Hits round. He sang the song “Kadhalin Deepam Ondru…” from the movie Thambikku Entha Ooru and rendered it beautifully."
