Paul Beckett on Americans Released in Prisoner Exchange

Paul Beckett, Wall Street Journal Assistant Editor, discusses the release of Wall Street Journal's Evan Gershkovich in the major prisoner exchange between the US, Russia, and other countries. He talks about whether or not he had an idea this was going to happen, and how the US was able to get Alsu Kurmasheva, Paul Whelan, Vladimir Kara-Murza, and Gershkovich released at once.
