Wrist pain can be totally miserable. Whether you experience it typing at your computer, pressing a barbell, or even with simple pushing and pulling activities, pain in your wrist can be completely debilitating and frustrating.

Luckily, the right stretches and exercises can be amazing in helping to alleviate your wrist pain symptoms, and that’s exactly what I wanted to share with you in this video!

BEST EXERCISES FOR WRIST PAIN

Most wrist pain responds very well to a fairly simple approach. We need to improve the quality of the motion, the amount of motion, and the strength/stability in the joint. If we focus on and make improvements in those three areas, your wrist starts to feel better.

We will start with some simple active range of motion exercises to get the muscles and joints warmed up. We will then move into some wrist stretches to improve the amount of pain-free motion you have available. Finally we will conclude with some resisted exercises to help improve the strength and stability of your wrist.
