After double-jaw surgery for correcting facial asymmetry or especially mandibular advancement double-jaw surgery in which the mandible moves forward, there are often cases where bone is absorbed and a depression occurs in the area where the jaw is advanced. Reconstruction is possible economically and aesthetically using off-the-shelf PCL and autogenous bone.
