400g (1 3/4 cups) warm water
6g (2 tsp) instant yeast
12g (2 tsp) salt
20g (1 tbsp) sugar
20g (1 tbsp) olive oil
690g (4 3/4 cups) bread flour
275g (9 3/4 oz) pizza dough (divided into 4 equal-sized pieces)
Fine semolina flour (for dusting)
