TriPulse Pipe Cladding System Video

-This system is available in two sizes, for welding on up to 20 or 40 foot lengths of pipe.

-Twin torches are included with arc voltage height control.

-Touch screen and remote pendant are included for operator override of critical weld parameters.

-Data logging is also included for all weld parameters.

-This system has torch oscillation to maximize production rate without out-running the gas shielding from the torch.

-It also includes servo-controlled push/pull wire feed for accurate wire feed speed.

-Dual water cooled camera systems for torch positioning and weld quality verification.

-Cameras are equipped with iris filter for viewing of weld puddle during welding.

-Built into the TriPulse are dual torches for applying 2 layers of Inconel with a single pass. This allows for less than 5% iron content in the final layer.
