Defence Budget 2024-25: Is Budget Enough To Counter China-Pakistan? On Target With GD Bakshi | EP-07

In this new episode of On Target, Major General G.D. Bakshi (Retd.) decodes India's Defence Budget for the year 2024-2025. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman tabled the Union Budget in the Parliament of India. GD Bakshi feels that a much more increase in the defence budget was expected compared to the 2023-2024. He also adds that, Despite a Economy meltdown, Pakistan's Defence Budget has gone up by 15%. To counter China & Pakistan, it is important to enhance the Defence Budget, tells GD Bakshi. He tells that Private sector should be in focus keeping in mind Aatmanirbharta in defence.
