SnowRunner - International Transtar 4070A Ultimate Review

Описание к видео SnowRunner - International Transtar 4070A Ultimate Review

The International Transtar C-O F4070A was a late 60s - early 70s heavy-duty hauling truck made for commercial use. In SnowRunner, it is found for free early in the game, in the Smithville Dam map of Michigan. It is of the Highway category of trucks, and that's exactly what it is. It gets all of the typical heavy-duty external addons, a large variety of options; however, because this truck does not get AWD or Diff Lock, its practical applications in the game are very limited, since this is an offroading / mudding / snowrunning game. I use it as a fuel carrier.

Dimensions: Length: 6.6m, Width: 2.4m, Weight: 12125 lbs (~6.1 tons)
Body Balance: Below Average

Configurations: 6x4 (No AWD)
Differential Lock: Not available

Tires: 42” Off-Road UOD II (0.8, 3.0, 1.9) and Chained UAD III All Chains (1.2, 3.0, 1.3) tires available – the UOD II do significantly better in mud, and the UAD III are required for icy regions in addition to giving you more control on roads. However, since this is a highway truck that can’t get AWD or Diff Lock, I would just go with the 42” UAD III All Chains tires.

Steering: Very short turning radius
Control: Below average

Fuel Tank: 265L
Fuel Consumption / Efficiency: Tops out at a level 14.4L / min (Balanced gearbox, no AWD or Diff Lock, under heavy load). Consumption depends upon damage status, terrain, gearbox, and load (carried on rear tandem axle + hauled trailers); spikes go over the stable reading.

Real-Life Engine: Detroit Diesel 8V-71T, 2-Stroke Turbocharged V-8, 9.3L, 350hp @1400 RPM, 1000 lb*ft Torque @1200 RPM, Max Gross Combination Weight of 90000 lbs (45 tons)
Game Engine: Si-6V/2380, 6000 Mass, 160000 Torque
