Constant Use
I use this for a whole bunch of stuff. I vacuum seal things that I am mailing to family members that may get damaged by hater, or if I am sending them things that smell weird like homemade soaps. (Some in the postal service may have allergies.) When I do cook, I cook huge meals, then portion them down to single servings and vacuum seal, then into the freezer. This is really good for my elderly mother, If I am not cooking on a day, she can go into the freezer and grab something to eat. Much better for her then tv dinners. I dehydrate lots of things, so I also vacuum seal those things, either in the plastic bags or in mason jars. I did also purchase the jar sealer for wide mouth and regular mouth jars. It hooks up right to the accessory line. I did try the accessory sealer to seal the reusable bags. It worked great while the bags were still in good condition. However those bags are out of my price range. So when wanting to use reusable sealing, I go with mason jars. I have sealed mason jars from 4 oz up to the 1/2 gallon size. Only have a challenge with that every once in a while, but I feel it has more to do with lid seal and not the unit.
