Rich Waterman is the Founder and Managing Director at Get Rich Coaching and Consultancy Ltd. They specialize in helping individuals and organisations with business strategy, peak performance, problem resolution, leadership and management training, communication, team dynamics, staff performance and development, change management, conflict resolution and culture. This enables businesses to increase profitability, efficiency and staff retention. They focus on helping businesses to simplify the most complex problem and to implement a clear strategy.

Since 2013 most of his work has been with SME owners and solopreneurs.

Rich worked on a project for Citibank to overhaul the functionality of their Rates Middle Office, leaving them with a comprehensive business strategy.

From 2010 to 2013 Rich worked with Grant Thornton on delivering their Gateway2Investment and Growth Accelerator programmes in conjunction with the UK Government. This involved working with high growth SMEs – interacting with their CEOs/MDs, assessment of their needs in coaching/leadership and management training, engaging business support and to help them successfully gain funding from VCs and business angels.
At Gateway2Investment, he was Head of Marketing and the PR Project Team where he met targets six months ahead of schedule.

He is a international speaker talking about "Be The Difference Today" - how, in an emergency, he organised a community to raise €30,000 in 5 days. He also speaks about "The 7 Key Steps To A Richer Life" - how to discover, develop and deliver your greatness. 'The Gym Of Greatness'.

In addition to his business strategy work, Rich is also one of a few Trainers selected to work for Robbins Research International​. The founder, Tony Robbins​, is considered the world leader in coaching personal performance.
