Birth Vlog Of Our Baby I A New Journey Begin 👶🏼 I Mary Ann Young Go Siu

I wanted to film our journey after birth to share my whole experience with induce labor
and how our baby change our life as a first time parents.

We decided to proceed with induce labor at May 11, 2024 and it was exactly on my 39 weeks
The doctor advised us due to shrinking of my waterbag and my blood pressure was high.
And the doctor told me that my cervix was flexible which was a good thing.

Starting on my 34 weeks I would take a lot of walks, still doing on my normal routine at home
i would do cooking, gardening and some regular household chores and still working, editing
I started to take raspberry leaf tea, usually would drink 2-3 cups a day after meals.

I would drink fresh pineapple juice after dinner or i would make some okra water.
I also had some dates but I’m not really a fan, because it was kinda overly too sweet for me.
These are some of the food/drinks could help shorten the labor and could help to push the baby out smoothly.

My breastmilk got delayed for some reasons probably from the stress and traumatic experience from the labor.
It came after 5 days of my delivery, and i will share some of the products I’ve used to boost my milk supply
