Heard of the "No poo" method? Well in this video I describe what the no shampoo method is and how to do it correctly. There are claims out there that the best shampoo is NO SHAMPOO!? What? Crazy I know but it has sparked my interest and now I am trying it for myself. Already after only 8 Days of no shampoo I have my skepticism but I am diving in head first and all in!
