A mural and graffiti-filled walk through the neighborhood, especially during the first half before reaching Maria Hernandez Park, after which (on Irving) various boutique stores begin to pop up. It's kind of weird to see mural-advertisements amidst those by local artists, but at least the walls are still predominantly done by artists, unlike Williamsburg which seems to be the opposite.

Speaking of Williamsburg, we begin at borderline East Williamsburg, or is it borderline Bushwick? I guess it's kind of in-between. These names are all made-up anyway. I get the impression that East Williamsburg was just a term real estate agents dubbed the area after the popularity of Williamsburg, and now that Bushwick is getting popular people are starting to call it Bushwick instead. Still, the area maintains a kind of grungy atmosphere with its painted walls and various warehouses, and I'd bet college students are still squeezing into the loft apartments to split the rent a dozen ways.
