How to CALCULATE Tax, Tip, Discount & Markup 💚

During this video lesson we will find tax, tip, discount and markup using percent of increase and decrease. I will provide key vocabulary terms to understand how to find tax, tip, discounts, and markups. Four practice problems with modeled solutions are included. Students will use proportional relationships to solve multi-step percent problems. Students will learn how to find tax, markups and markdowns, and tip. Students will discover the relationship between these real world examples and percent of increase and percent of decrease.
