After a laser hair reduction treatment, your skin might be sensitive. Taking a cool shower, using lukewarm or cool water instead of hot water, can help soothe the treated area.

Avoid Activities that Increase Body Temperature for at Least 2 Hours After Treatment: Treat your skin with kindness. Steer clear of activities that could make it uncomfortable – no hot baths or rigorous workouts for the next 2 hours. Let your skin breathe and relax.

Gentle Exfoliation: If you choose to exfoliate, do so gently. Use mild exfoliating products and soft motions to avoid irritation, especially in the treated areas.

📍Do follow these steps after your laser hair reduction-

📌Apply ice pack on the treated area for pain and discomfort relief.
📌Use aloe vera gel or calming creams for 3 days to soothe the skin.
📌Wear loose clothes for 48 hours to avoid friction on the treated area.
📌Keep the treated area clean and dry for the first 48 hours.
📌Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
📌Use SPF 50 sunscreen with Zinc for at least 2 weeks to protect the treated area from the sun's harmful rays.
