Traders here in the good 'ole US of A will soon be able to trade Bitcoin futures without selling their house first. Micro Bitcoin futures will have a notional value of 1/10 the size of a single BTC (current BTC Emini futures are FIVE BTC). Micro Bitcoin Futures launch May 3, 2021. Ironbeam will support them from Day 1. Check on support from Interactive Brokers and other futures brokers.

Beginning May 3*, Micro Bitcoin futures (https://www.cmegroup.com/activetrader...) will be available for trading, providing a new way for active traders to fine-tune bitcoin exposure with greater flexibility and cost efficiency. Our smaller-sized contract, at 1/10 the size of one bitcoin or 1/50 the size of the larger CME Bitcoin futures contract, will join CME Group's growing suite of cryptocurrency risk management solutions.
