OMEN - L'Origine del Presagio (The First Omen) è un film horror soprannaturale del 2024 diretto da Arkasha Stevenson. Sesto film della saga è il prequel di Omen Il Presagio, il primo capitolo del 1976. Ambientato a Roma all'inizio degli anni 70 racconta di sorella Margaret, la quale dopo aver conosciuto la giovane Carlita Scianna, finirà coinvolta in una cospirazione che porterà alla nascita dell'anticristo.
