Chris Burton, a highly accomplished and successful IT professional from Colorado who founded several high-yielding IT and fundraising companies in Silicon Valley and Denver, presents his extraordinary story of being illegally stalked, surveilled and eventually targeted 24/7 with V2K over a period of 11 years. He also presents in close detail the nature of the military-patented V2K or Voice to Skull “program” he found himself unwillingly incarcerated in, describing a constant conversational stream which follows a series of play-acting conversations or “street-theatre” he names “treatments” in his brain, which seem to offer the Voice to Skullers a means of enacting both physical and psychological torture on their Voice to Skull victims.The purpose of constant mental chatter, which is apparently precisely targeted to one's individual actions, thoughts, and concerns, seems to be both to evoke continuous brain and vocal response, extract memories, remove memories, and neurally map brain networks. Which latter then leads on to further brain-invasion and takeover of different cerebral cortex functions—including the take-over of vocalizations via forced speech, the take-over of the senses, and the full-Monty bio-robotization take-over of the limbs and arms. Chris details a few of the “treatment” conversations, and explains also how this constant V2K chatter and rollout of treatments is really a running of torture protocols as it oscillates from mild to severe psychological assault, encompassing a variety of interrogative modes and modalities, many of which can be seen listed verbatim in torture and interrogation manuals used by the KGB, the CIA's Kubark Manual, the Air Force's SERE training, and MK ULTRA's various horrific experiments of the 50s to the 70s.V2K existence and usage against TIs as many know is being suppressed by mainstream media so as to perpetuate the long-running Psychiatry myth and control-narrative of “voices in the head as a sign of schizophrenia.” Chris is keen to put the documents and information on V2K out there so people can become trained observers from a distance and begin to see the very real distinctions between the military usage of V2K and schizophrenia, understand the many stages and effects of V2K, support victims instead of further victimizing them with psychiatric misdiagnoses, and help and assist in this large venture of informing the world accurately and terminating these noxious Black Ops programs of utter human control being run by military and central Intelligence.
