This video will show you how to make garlic buttery taste dinner rolls using autolyse method. Another way to work out the gluten without exerting too much effort in kneading the dough.

Garlic Butter Dinner Rolls

Ingredients:

500g (4 cups) bread flour - P17.00
250ml (80z) water
40g (1/3 cup) powdered milk- P10.00
1 tbsp vanilla extract- P2.00
1/4 cup vegetable oil - P5.50
100g (1/2 cup) light brown sugar - P5.50
1 large egg - P7.00
6g (2 tsp) - instant yeast - P5.00
55g (1/4 block) softened butter - P11.00
1 tsp iodized salt

Garlic Butter Glaze:
110g (1/2 block) softened butter - P21.50
3 cloves garlic, grated - P3.00
3 tsp of dried or fresh parsley - P3.00

Yields: 39 to 40pcs of 25g

Baking Pan: 10.5 inch x 14.4 inch x 2 inch rectangular pan

Baking Time: preheat 170⁰C for 15 mins and bakes for 30 mins. Turn around halfway through the baking.

Costing:
Cost of ingredients = P90.50
Overhead cost (40% of ingredients cost for elect, fare, gas, water etc) = P36.20
Total Cost: P126.70

Net Cost per piece = P126.70 ÷ 39 pcs = P3.25
P3.25 x 1.7(tubo) = P5.52
Selling price per piece: P5.50
10 pcs = P55.00
