Powerhorse OHV Horizontal Engine 420cc Review | Northern Tool

This Powerhorse® OHV Horizontal Engine sold at Northern Tool (Similar to Predator Engine sold at Harbor Freight) is an easy-to-install solution for small engine needs. With 420cc, 12.5 HP and 18 ft.-lbs. of torque. Northern Tool has since downgraded the engine from just under 14HP to 12.5HP. I can see no difference from the one I purchased, but it is a loss of 1.5HP.
