Over the last three years Nicola has woken up to railway figures, books, ballet shoes, wet-look leggings, and a signed photo of Stormzy (even though she hates his music) - all of which she doesn’t remember purchasing. Rather than snoring or sleepwalking, Nicola has been unknowingly shopping during her sleep and has no idea how to make it stop. With her unusual habit costing her £1,000 so far, she’s here today to tell us more alongside sleep expert Dr Sophie Bostock.
