予約でのみ来店可能。メニューはおまかせの握り寿司のみで約30分で終了する。大変高価で3万円のコースのみ。※消費税別。
1994年にヘラルド・トリビューン・インターナショナル誌で世界のレストラン第6位に選出。2005年に厚生労働省の現代の名工として表彰される。
2007年に日本で初めて出版されたミシュランガイド東京で三つ星を獲得し、以後毎年三つ星を獲得し続けている。
2014年、アメリカ合衆国のバラク・オバマ大統領訪日の際、安倍晋三首相と会食を行った。同年、秋の叙勲で黄綬褒章を受章。

It's possible to come to the store only by reservation. The menu is ended in about 30 minutes only for the hand-rolled sushi you leave. Only the course which is very expensive and 30,000 yen. ※ Consumption, without tax.
I elect at the 6th place of restaurant of the world by Herald Tribune international magazine in 1994. It's commended as a present-day master craftsman of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare in 2005.
After I get three-star in Michelin guide Tokyo published for the first time in Japan in 2007, I keep getting yearly three-star.
In case of 2014 and an American Barak OBAMA president visit to Japan, I dined together with Prime Minister Shinzo Abe. It's awarded a Yellow Ribbon Medal by decoration in the same year and autumn.
