Follow my instructions & allow my slow hand movements to make your eyes close 😴 We'll start by blurring your vision & gently touching across your face, with instructions to relax. Then, feel your eyes get heavier as I slowly brush across them with soft fan brushes. If you need more of a push to close your eyes, follow my instructions to open & close them, all while maintaining slow breaths & counting down. Sleep well.
