The Third Way groups become communities is consciously with intent.

This is when a group of people come together and decide they're going to build community together.

Now this is a wonderful thing because real Community Building involves the consent, participation, and commitment of the members of the group.

Community building is not something you can do to a group it's something you do with a group.

Conscious community building is what we teach at Kalliergo Community Building and I hope that you'll take advantage of our free introductory session to just come and take a peek at what this can feel like and see if it's something you might want to do in your groups.
