In the heart of the town centre you find beautiful and expansive buildings of King's College. This area is also the departure point for tours and other activities. You can book a time slot to view inside the college including the chapel with its gorgeous ceiling and beautiful stained glass.
Large colleges are lined up in the vicinity, and the Cam River runs along the lawn area, so if you take a small boat called a punt, you can go around various college buildings and characteristic bridges efficiently.
There are many historic buildings and old lanes, where you can find several lovely independent cafes, restaurants and shops.
