Harbor Habitat for Humanity is behind the new “Project T." It affords residents affordable housing, commercial space, and even childcare for low-income families. Officials say the project will feature 14 duplex buildings, offering 2 and 3 bedroom homes for families earning nearly 60 – 120 % of the area’s median income.
