Is Cataclysm Still Good....?

Well yes but no,

The damage nerf is about 15 - 18% (dont remember exact) damage nerf but taking the cata dexterity based builds into account, that 15 - 18% base dmg nerf can seem highly diminishing for many cata builds, loosing from 2 - 12k spins depending on the build.

Cata is still a great weapon, still has the highest base damage ingame, but nowadays it can be compared to other assassin mythics like oblivion, nirvana, inferno, nullification, etc
